Movin' March

This week is Movin' March. We are encouraging everyone to walk to school - at least from the top of the stairs. I wonder if Room 3 can all be walkers this week!!

As you are walking to school you can use your senses.

We are having a Fancy Feet day on Friday 28th Match. Now is the time to start thinking about how you can decorate your feet or shoes. How creative can you be?

Today we started our tennis lessons.  We learned that we have to keep our eye on the ball.  It was hard but we kept trying and at the end we played games.

News Time

Each day at school we really enjoy sharing our news with our classmates.  We sometimes bring in books, photos, special things or a story from the newspaper.

This is a time when we can practise our oral language skills, by speaking clearly and our social skills by looking and listening to our speaker and asking questions when they have finished sharing.
